Never stops processing changes, and never updates cloud files

This update does not work. Best not to install this one until the bugs are fixed.

Bugs in supposed “updated" versions of apps (and Windows itself) are why I abandoned Microsoft years ago. Goodbye OneDrive, hello Google Drive.
