The OneDrive app manages to bring to a crawl a brand new MBP 2016. Despite the latest update Apr 2016, claiming to resolve long name file issues, it dislikes Pdfs and folder paths. Initially easy to set up- and work from a PC- it proved unmanageable from a Mac. Transferring a software backup file of 1Gb brought the MBC to such a slow pace that had to go in Acty monitor, discovered the App was using 40-50%!!! of the CPU resources, and had to force shut it. 5-6 hours, it had been unable to write a program file. So it seems to be designed to write small, tiny file groups. Consequently, had to uninstall the One Drive and use an external backup...
