The OneDrive app manages to bring to a crawl a brand new MBP 2016. Despite the latest update Apr 2016, claiming to resolve long name file issues, it dislikes Pdfs and folder paths. Initially easy to set up- and work from a PC- it proved unmanageable from a Mac. Transferring a software backup file of 1Gb brought the MBC to such a slow pace that had to go in Acty monitor, discovered the App was using 40-50%!!! of the CPU resources, and had to force shut it. 5-6 hours, it had been unable to write a program file. So it seems to be designed to write small, tiny file groups. Consequently, had to uninstall the One Drive and use an external backup...

Crashes when I try to log in with my Outlook account.

I can’t believe how unpredictable and unstable this app is. Tech support is no better. I’ve chatted with them and brought them onto my computer more times than I count and I continue to have problems. The latest update however takes the prize. It won’t even open! It crashes every single time. I was told there would be an update in 48 hours. That was days ago. I thought Microsoft was designed for professionals.

Id like to use Onedrive instead of iCloud drive, however the path length limitation of Onedrive left me no choices but sticking to iCloud drive. What a stupid limitation for file synchronization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app worked great for me. Easy install and quick sync. I was up and running on my work account from home within 5 minutes...

This has been a really disapointing application and service… up until now! This update fixes all the issues that I had with OneDrive… long Path crashes and acessability to the business account. Notifications are just icing... It took a few months, but this is now a solid app and service. Excellent.

crashes when uploading files to onedrive. Not good when this is what this app is supposed to be used for. Huge letdown. Had to remove the app to stop it from hanging when trying to copy files. Too Bad!!

I have both OneDrive and OneDrive for Business sycinging with no issue on my MacBook. 3GB for my busiess and 48GB for my personal with no issue. I would like it if i only saw 1 cloud icon in the OSX menu bar to manage both services. right now, you see two icons in the menu bar, one for each personal and business account you sync. That menu bar space is at a premium so i like to keep it clean with only the icons i need.

他の方は起動しないなど書かれていますが、私の環境（OS X 10.10.4 Macbook Pro 13-inch Retina Late2013）では正常に動作しています。 同期がしっかり出来ています。 ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ なぜ出来る人と出来ない人がいるんでしょうかね？出来ない人は、再インストールしてみては？ MSさん、そこをはっきりさせたほうがいいと思いますよ。

MBP Retina+Yosemiteで使っています。 同期もきちんと動きますし、AndroidやWindowsとの同期もきちんと動作しています。

Macbook Pro Early 2015 + El Capitan ですが、起動すらしません。 過去のレビューを見ると、起動しない人がいるみたいですね。 まずは、使えるようにしてほしい。

Mavericks/Yosemite/El Capitanの混在環境で、問題なく同期しています。 Yosemiteまでは特に大きな問題もなく使えていたのがEl Capitanで起動すらしない状況でしたが、今回のOSとOneDriveのアップデートでようやくこれまでどおり動くようになりました。 ところで、しばしば報告されているとおり、 １．何らかの原因で同期プロセスを完了できない事態が発生する。（いつまでも同期中アイコンのまま） ２．そこでOneDriveアプリケーションを再起動しようとすると起動しなくなる、または起動してもすぐ落ちる。 という状況は変わってないように思います。以下の対処で元に戻りましたのでご参考まで。 １． OneDriveが起動していないことを確認。 ２． ~/ライブラリ/Containers/com.microsoft.OneDrive-mac/Data/Library/Application Support/OneDrive/settings/Personal/ にある「数字とアルファベットの文字列.dat」を削除。 ３． OneDriveを再起動。 Microsoftのサポートサイトに書かれている方法は全滅しましたが、上記の方法で復活しました。 最初の同期にはかなり時間がかかるかもしれませんが、一度フォルダ全体を同期してしまえばそのあとの同期に関してはかなり高速な部類だと思います。 Pages/Numbers/Keynoteなどは何か作業するたびに常にファイルが保存・更新され続けるので、作業しているあいだ常にOneDriveが更新されたファイルを同期しようとします。大きなサイズのファイルで作業していると通信量がシャレにならないので、モバイル環境などでは注意が必要かとは思います。 iOS版もあるので大変便利ですが、Pages/Numbers/Keynote書類等のパッケージが通常のフォルダとして扱われてしまうのは難点です。（開けない） Macで通常使っている分にはあまり気になりませんが、パッケージ全体ではなく、その中にあるデータ単位で同期を取ってしまうので、そこで不整合が発生するとやっかいなことも出てきます。たとえばKeynoteのスライドで、ファイルとしてはデータを持っているのに空っぽに見えたりします。パッケージの中身の不整合を自分で解決すれば戻ります。 そのあたりのパッケージの扱いをきちんとしてくれれば☆五つです。

Macユーザーです。 One Drive for Businessで、組織名が日本語の場合うまく機能しません。 フォルダ名は本来なら「OneDrive - 組織名」となるはずが、「OneDrive - u6a2au6d5c…」という文字列に変換されます。 結果、One DriveのフォルダにあるWord2016などのOfficeのファイルが「アクセス権がありません」というエラーがでて、全て開けません。 Word2011などでは開けますが、そういった対応をするのにいちいち手間がかかり、面倒です。 早めのアップデートをお願いします。

Your OneDrive folder cant be created in the location you selected - Try a different location. Make sure that the location isnt on a removable drive, or on a disk that has a case-sensitive format bu ne abi? iyi ki bir güvenelim dedik, çalışmıyorsa appstore’a koymayın hocam...

OneDrive is not working with Office365 for Business accounts. So it is useless!!

Doesn’t work with office365 account.

Application crashes when you would like to choose folders to synchronize, every time. RIght now, totally useless.

Refuses to sync if you have certain characters in your file name. Crashes if you have a file whose combined path + name is longer than a certain (antiquated) length. This is pathetic and reminiscent of Windows 3.3.1 perhaps. Money thrown out the window.
